Eagle Strike by Anthony Horowitz

I read the book Eagle strike by Anthony Horowitz. Eagle Strike is the 4th book of the Alex Rider series. You would think that a celebrity that lots of fame and has donated millions of dollars to charity wouldn’t be a maniac that wants to kill MILLIONS of people for a little cause and kills anyone he doesn’t like. Well, think again! In the end of the book a contract killer that Alex was saved by in the first book ( Stormbreaker) Tells Alex that his father used to work with Yassen as a contract killer and was killed by the very company Alex works for. Yassen leaves Alex with a hard thought, he said before he died, “ Go to Venice. Find Scorpia. And you will find your destiny…” School Library Journal says, “This Heart-Racing novel combines fast-paced action with ingenious gadgets. This book will certainly get readers addicted and anxiously awaiting the next installment.” The Booklist says, “ Alex Rider is back for another adventure! Once again, Horowitz tells a tight story, and his knack for descriptive action drives readers through the very accessible plot. What does this crazy celebrity plan to do that he thinks that it will help the world so much but will kill MILLIONS? Read to find out!!!!!
